Requirements:
1.)  Announce to students – Immediate, and again in early September.
                Email.  Social media.  Student association help.

2.)  Organize Info session – mid-September. 
Tom Levasseur can present on campus, in a class, or a special session.  Again, student association help.

3.)  Confirm school’s participation – October 1st.
                We need confirmation of number of teams representing each school.

4.)  Confirm team selection and participant names – November 12th.
